Wow, just realized I haven’t posted here in a couple months. Getting ramped for Q4 in the retail industry really kicks your butt!
In the meantime, I found an article that helped me a lot with perspective for my research on distributed teams. Johanna Rothman makes an excellent differentiation between distributed teams and dispersed teams, and that helped me to realize that the problem I’m trying to solve is with teams separated internally by distance rather than externally. I still plan on finishing this research, promise!
